As a Senior Consultant (Manager) (m/f/d) SuccessFactors, you are part of our innovative team for international HR Transformation at Deloitte! You will support our clients in defining strategic alignments. Further you will develop state-of-the-art technology strategies and infrastructures and support the development, design and implementation of leading HR enterprise management clouds: SuccessFactors & Oracle

Locations: Berlin, Dresden, Hamburg, Leipzig, Mannheim, Stuttgart, Walldorf, Cologne, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Hanover, Munich and Nuremburg.

Your impact:

  • You will support and advise leading companies in the selection and implementation of HR software solutions
  • You support/take over the project management of large system implementations at our national and international customers in the areas of SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle
  • You advise our customers in the area of scoping, assess the complexity of the implementation and develop effort estimates and schedules
  • As part of our implementation projects, you will analyze requirements, conduct design workshops, and implement SuccessFactors or Oracle at our clients - where quality is your daily motto!
  • You coach younger team members and train them professionally, technically as well as on a personal level
  • You develop the technical content and consulting tools of our existing HR Cloud Offerings
  • You expand your know-how in agile working methods, HR-IT concepts as well as project management
  • You also work cross-functionally with colleagues from other HR areas, such as change management

Your skillset:

  • 3+ years professional experience in the areas of (HR) IT in an international corporate environment or at a consulting company
  • Successfully completed university studies preferably with focus on business administration, (business) informatics, (business) engineering, business psychology or similar
  • Experience in leading a workstream in one or more SuccessFactors or Oracle modules in the HR Transformation context
  • SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle certification(s)
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills in front of small to large groups
  • Analytical thinking skills and a strong team orientation
  • English language skills and a proficient use of MS Office in a consulting context are a matter of course for you
  • Mobility and willingness to travel
