Transfer pricing evaluates intercompany transactions by combining economic, business, legal and tax principles. Our team supports clients in complying with governmental transfer pricing regulations. Locations: Berlin, Frankfurt (Main), Hamburg, Leipzig, Mannheim, Stuttgart, Dusseldorf, Hanover, Munich and Nuremberg.

Your impact:

As a Consultant Transfer Pricing (m/f/x) you will join the global market leader in this field. The focus: value chains and business models in order to derive implications for transfer pricing.

  • Tax advice to international clients in the area of transfer pricing from a strategic, process-oriented, tax and economic perspective
  • Analysis : Knowing and evaluating the market - for this purpose, you prepare business, tax and economic analyses for cross-border issues
  • Planning, implementation, documentation and defense of transfer pricing systems
  • Business, tax and economic analyses for cross-border issues such as preparation of company profiles or valuations
  • Identifying optimization potentials and advising multinational companies on the reorganization or redesign of their value chain and other restructurings

Your skillset:

  • Successfully completed studies in economics, political science or law, business informatics or as Diplom-Finanzwirt:in (FH), if applicable doctorate economics or business administration with above-average results
  • First practical experience , e.g. in the context of an internship or a commercial apprenticeship
  • Knowledge in market / industry analysis, micro/industrial economics, financial economics, investment and financing
  • Very good communication skills in German and English , other language skills are welcome as well
  • Mastery of common software (MS Office) as well as a systematic and solution-oriented approach, commitment and team spirit
