Cloud Solution Engineer - Cloud AWS (m/f/x)

Our teams guide businesses on their cloud journeys, from strategizing to developing and integrating high-performing, future-proof applications, as well as transforming major IT divisions into agile entities, moving complex IT landscapes to the cloud, and operating innovative software services. Locations: Berlin and Leipzig.

Your impact:

As a Cloud Solution Engineer (m/f/x), you support our agile IT transformation and software delivery projects by building state-of-the-art solutions from start to production. You contribute your own specialist ideas in a team, passing on best practice benefits to internal teams and clients.

  • Flexible architectures: Bring them to life in agile teams and in compliance with clean code and software craftsmanship.
  • Best practices: Improve on current methods for testability, maintainability, scalability, and other areas to support an open team culture.
  • Technologies: Assist internal teams as well as clients with the assessment of technologies to be used.
  • Community: Step up and make your contribution, for example by actively taking part in conferences or meetups.

Your skillset:

  • Good bachelor’s or master’s , or Austrian HTL degree, ideally with a strong focus on IT, such as (business) informatics, mathematics or physics, or equivalent education/training/experience
  • Experience in programming, software development in a cloud environment, implementing cloud infrastructure solutions, containerization, and/or continuous integration and deployment
  • Ideally already certified in the AWS domain (e.g., AWS Developer, AWS Architect). If not, you have the option to get certified at Deloitte
  • Analytical and structured , capable of responding to complex client enquiries in a structured and organized manner, team-oriented and willing to travel occasionally
  • Good German (B1/2) and very good English , both written and spoken
